Kaki

Terms of use

Last updated 31 October 2026

By using Kaki you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.

What Kaki is

Kaki suggests when to leave and which way to go, from public transport data (LTA), maps (Google) and weather (NEA). That data can be late, wrong or missing: buses get cancelled, trains break down, and the feed has gaps. Kaki is a helper, not a guarantee. Use your own judgment, especially for trips that matter.

Your account

Your account lives on your phone, optionally linked to Google or Apple. Keep your phone secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app (What Kaki knows › Privacy › Delete my data).

Fair use

Don't misuse Kaki: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, scrape its data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Talking to Kaki

Kaki's replies are written by a language model and can be wrong. Check anything important. Times and routes come from Kaki's tools, not the model, but a reply may still describe them badly.

Changes and availability

Kaki is new and changes often. We may change or stop features, or the service, and will update these terms when we do; continuing to use Kaki means you accept the new terms.

Liability

Kaki is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for missed buses, late arrivals or other losses from relying on it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
