Kaki's card isn't on my lock screen
It shows from 20 minutes before you leave until you arrive. Check Settings › Kaki › Live Activities is on, and that notifications are allowed.
Kaki doesn't notice when I leave
Allow location (While Using) and Motion & Fitness in Settings › Kaki. Or tap “Leaving now” on the card.
I got a new phone
If you signed in with Google or Apple, sign in with the same account on the new phone and your places and trips come back.
How do I delete my data?
Open What Kaki knows (tap Kaki at the top of Today, then the chat's header), then Privacy › Delete my data. Everything on our server goes at once.
